"Everything about my experience was amazing!!!"

"Hotel under renovation. Check-in desk was in a hallway accessed by a side door from the parking lot. Hotel clerk informed me that key system was completely down and all guests would have to be let in their rooms each time. Clerk said he would let us in room on 4th floor shortly as he was also helping another guest. The clerk was running all over the hotel letting guests in rooms, trying to check guests in. Our room door was already open when we arrived at our room. Then the room air conditioner did not work. Went back down to the desk and said we were leaving and was informed they couldn’t refund my money, I would have to go through Hotels.com/Expedia. I went to the hotels.com website to try to cancel and was told that I couldn’t cancel. Nor could I find a telephone number on the website. Seems to me since key system was down that their guests were not secure in their rooms especially since my room opened without a key. So how could the hotel rent rooms to guests that were not secure? Not good. "

"We stayed for a week here while in town for a wedding, and had a 14-person group, plus a 4-year-old. The five bathrooms was a big plus and one of the prime motivators for selecting this property, but we spent more time on the back patio than inside! It was the gathering spot. For a group so large, we never felt like we were bumping into each other. The game room area downstairs was a big hit with the 20 yr olds, and we used the coffee maker more than any other appliance. Eventually several of the party even made it into the pool.The 20-minute drive into Austin goes fast, and access to the airport is very easy, nice for the many trips made for various arrivals/departures. The road construction in the front of the property was not an issue, easy to negotiate and you could not hear the traffic while sitting out back.The driveway handled all of our vehicles easily. The Social Club across the highway is an easy walk for a couple of drinks in the evening, and the taxidermy place next door is a great spot for some interesting conversation...they even gifted us some free sausage.Highly recommend."

"Great location,near multiple stores and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, limited parking in front but garage parking available for free. Clean comfortable safe and aesthetically pleasing will stay here again "

"Exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, fogging up the mirror and leave the ceiling so condensed with water evaporation caused by the hot/warm water when taking a shower. Also some of the light switch on the dining was not working. No toiletries, hair dryer was not there."

"Great ranch home, very close to downtown! We had a great time. Communication was wonderful. "

"We have 3 big dogs and the yard was perfect and gated. House was cute and tidy. We had a wonderful mini vacay. When we come back I hope it is open to stay again."
