West Side Bay 3 Bedroom Vacation Getaway!

This is the perfect setup for families with children, or as a get away for 2 or 3 couples. 1,300 square foot. Condo has been recently updated with new king bed in master bedroom and king bed in 2nd bedroom. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed as well as a bunk bed. New bedding on all beds. High speed internet internet available for guest. Has a nice screened in porch with gas blackstone, four comfy chairs and a swing.

The Condo is located on 2nd level (parking lot level) and has a FEW steps to the lake and pool. Building is equipped with elevator for handicap access.

Located at Westside Bay in beautiful Sunrise Beach, Missouri. MM 11. Next to Lakeview Resort.

1/2 mile away from Shawnee Bend Access and Boat Ramp. Slip rental available for additional cost depending on what’s available.

Bikini pier has gas and rental boats available in same cove 50 yards away.

Walking distance to convenience store and bar

5 minutes from Woods grocery store

5 minutes to Frankie & Louies by water and car

Minutes away by land to Lakehouse 13, Captain Rons, Paradise, Nautifish Rum Bar, Branding Iron and Bear Bottoms. Uber is available from condo.

There is a company called Playin Hooky that is a water taxi and offers fun cruises to get you on the water if you don't have a boat.

Great place! Loved the 3 person glider on the screened in porch overlooking the cove!

Wonderful property, well kept, spacious and convenient location to some of our favorite spots - Paradise, Franky & Louies, and Captain Ron's. Enjoyed the screened in patio - tiki toss was a great bonus!

We had a great time at this condo. The pool was nice and the view was great. The only downfall was that in this area we could not get an Uber or pizza delivery.

I loved waking up to the Lake everyday!

I would love to return again. The condo had everything to make life easy while enjoying all the Lake and the lake area had to offer. There were 8 people in our group and we never felt crowed. There was a gas station down the road that made late night runs convenient and the beauty of the area was wonderful. Owners were very quick to respond with questions. Definitely recommend this rental.

Leah was great to work with and very accommodating for our last minute booking. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for our two teenagers and toddler. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake in the mornings and after the day’s activities.

Beautiful condo on the lake

The condo was perfect for us. Plenty of room and very clean. If I had a question the home owner answered me very quickly. Everything we needed was there and available to us. The only part that we didnt know about or particularly like was paying a toll everytime we wanted to go anywhere. We found ourselves trying to find things to do on that side of the toll. But overall a great vacation.

Loved our stay!

The owner was always quick to respond everytime I had a question. The place was clean and very convenient to the pool for the kids and the boat rental place was within a 3 minute walking distance from us. There was plenty of room for us and our 5 kids! We will definitely be staying again.

Weekend at the Lake

We had a great weekend in the Ozarks. Stayed here with a group of girls for my sister’s bachelorette party. Several things to do within a 5 minute drive, groceries and gas close by, and about a 20 minute drive from most other popular places to go on the lake. Very clean and the owner’s clearly communicated and left great instructions. Only downfall was the lack of parking. We had 3 cars for our group and all 3 cars ended up having to park down the road for 2 nights due to there being absolutely no spaces, even the random cars parked illegally in homemade spaces, in the lot. Overall, a great weekend on the lake!

Nice place but a bit further out than expected

Clean condo equipped with everything we needed. The only real downfall was it was 25 minutes away from the outlets and restaurants we wanted to go to (it says 5.7 miles away on the listing, but it’s 14 miles), and there is a $3 required toll every time we came in and out of the area. Leah was nice and easy to communicate with.

Owner Scammed Me Out of the Damage Deposit

BE CAREFUL when booking this condo as the owner has scammed me out of the damage deposit because apparently the vacuum had broken during our stay. The owner claimed that my group damaged her vacuum, when in reality no one even knew where she kept it. Obviously, we are appalled and will not be back. Be warned before staying here as this could happen to you!

This is a very nice condo with fabulous lake views! Loved the screened in porch and easy accessibility to pool and lake. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Lots of kitchen utensils and dishes which made our stay much easier for cooking purposes. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and plenty of room

We rented for a low key girls weekend and had a great time. The location was close to everything and having the pool so close was an added bonus. We had a noisy neighbor downstairs who blasted his radio while fishing, but luckily that didn’t last longer than a couple of hours. We had a minor glitch with the code to get in, but the owner was quick to resolve it!! The condo was spacious and clean. My only regret was not booking sooner so we could stay over the weekend! We will definitely stay again!

Everything was good. Disappointed in the fact they said was handicapped accessible and it was not. Handicap accessibility is more than just ease of entry to unit. Lower counters, sinks, wider doorways, toilet height and grab bars are a must for handicapped individuals.

Over the Thanksgiving holiday we stayed at this condo. Somewhat disappointed in the lack of cooking pans and skillets for us to prepare food and a coffee pot that did not work. We were woken at 5 am by the trash truck outside our bdrm window.

The roomy 3 BR (two with kings) condo is nicely set on the lake with an excellent view of sunrise.

The condo is roomy, nicely furnished and its first floor location offers easy access near the back porch entry way. The beds are comfortable. The third bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed to sleep three or four. There is a spacious screened in deck over the water, with a gas grill. If you are into cooking, the cooking pots and pans are a little sparse, but adequate for most things. Bring a sharp knife for chopping! I'd come back to this very condo, if I returned to the Lake.
