"The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach… I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!"

"This is a cozy family owned hotel on the quiet end of Sunny Beach. We booked last minute when our plans changed. Although it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the big hotels, the management offers great service and flexibility and excellent English speaking skills. They went above and beyond during our brief visit. "

"Super miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie,.czysty wygodny pokój. Jednak są dwa minusy. Śliska nawierzchnia koło basenu oraz to,że nie można samemu robić sobie kawy ani nalewać innych napoi. Kolejki w porach posiłkow do napojów."

"Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "
