"Comfortable room that was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Eggs were watery, limited amount of chobani yogurt, and one apple for fruit. Quiet and convenient location. "

"Super thin walls, I could hear the room next to me talking. I was also woken up by a noise complaint that was directed at me for walking too loud. I was sleeping and how are you gonna report someone for walking. the pillows are also small, like couch pillows. Very dissapointed"

"Hotel or Airport shuttle didn’t communicate on where to go to get picked up. Once the 4 groups arrived at the hotel from the shuttle the front desk attendant was not around. 5+ minutes later he came in from outside at 12:30am…"

"Stayed in King suite with jacuzzi and fire place.Building in need of major updates. Hotel does park and fly for the local airport so if you are flying and need a place to park very convenient, if you are staying at the hotel hard to find a convenient parking spot. Goods: Staff was friendly, good price, room was nice sized, pretty clean, breakfast was good but limited options. Bad: common areas old and outdated, bed hard with cheaper sheets, small pillows, fireplace didn't work, jacuzzi wouldn't hold water and buttons broken, stains in carpet, hole in closet doors, mirror cracked, toilet seat look like it had burn marks. Online photos are not accurate to the conditions of the hotel. Ok place to stay for a night if just looking for a bed for a quick stay, could find better options though. I am not a very picky person but I was very disappointed with the conditions of this hotel, has potential to be a very nice place. "

"Ok nothing special. We need to go get linens for the pull out couch at the front desk. None were in the room and they would not bring them to the room. The thermostat also said it was 48 degrees in our room when we 1st got there so we turned it up and had to go out of it because it was so cold in the room. Not ideal. "

"The first impression I got wasn't a good start. I got to the front desk and there was nobody there. There wasnt any bell to ring or anything. Some random guy told me I have to knock on the office door to the side. So I did that, and nobody came out. I waited for nearly 10 minutes until someone arrived at the desk. The room I was out in was right next to the pool area. My window was connected to it. So the only view I had outside my window was the pool area, which I could hear from my room. Luckily, it was closed. But if there were people there, it would have been annoying to hear right next to me. The rustic aesthetic is nice. I like the decor. But the desk chair is just a metal bronze colored chair which is very uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. Not ideal for a workspace. The bed sheets were very soft. But that didn't make up for the stiff mattress that didn't do my back any favors. Also, the fan im the bathroom rattled like crazy. I couldnt even use it. Checkout went nearly identical to check in, waiting for 10 minutes. The phone was ringing by the desk the whole time though. The lady checking me out was very nice though. Overall, this wasnt the worst experience. But for the money I paid, I would rather go somewhere else next time."

"This place was amazing, Eduardo at the front desk was so kind. We had a very sad and emotional week and he went over the top to make us feel better and couldn’t have been more grateful for his kindness."
