"A hidden gem hidden in a dark sketchy place. However, once you get there, the lady at the front made me trust people again. She was so nice and helpful, spoke english, and offered advice on what not to do. It was a beautiful room and spacious. The breakfast was amazing! I would love to stay here again, should i return! Highly recommend "

"Overall solid hotel. Great value and my room was small but enough for what I needed on this trip. Comfy, and clean room. Offers a breakfast but did not get a chance to do. Biggest drawback is if you are using this say as a cheap option to stay outside of Köln or Leverkusen it will take minimum 30 to get into the city, even with taxi. However if you are like me, patient and willing to use public transport very easy and around 40 min on average to get to the center! Staff was helpful in accomodating me with a late checkin but do call, was not as responsive to email. One small complaint the halls lighting was dark at all times it felt, could have been concidence since i was returning late each evening, but was literally hard to find room because of it as well as just an eerie feel. Also not complaint but heads up I don't believe I saw an elevator, no problem but just be aware."

"Really nice rooms especially for the price. Great location near the tram stop, so getting to the city centre was easy and fast. Lovely staff too "

"Good location, friendly staff how ever limited supplies in the room we had no milk for the tea and coffee. Train station is 2 mins walk from hotel and cologne center is a 15min train journey. Very easy to get too. Plenty of free of street parking. Highly recommend. "

"We had 7 adults stay very comfortably! The place was very clean, and walking distance to a few grocery stores. Our host was very helpful and answered all of our questions!"

"This hotel is amazing the staff are all so lovely. Multiple restaurants onsite we ate at the moto garage for dinner and it was so good and catered for Gluten Free. The beds are comfy plenty of room In the rooms and quiet. Would stay here for longer next time and the car museum included in you stay if you are an F1 fan or a car enthusiast you will love it the Schumacher collection is just so great to see very moving from trophy’s to suits helmets and cars "
