​We stayed here with my mother and 2 teenagers as a group of 5. While most hotels in Korea max out at 3 or 4 people, it was great that all five of us could stay and rest comfortably together. Parking was hassle-free, and the area was wonderfully quiet while still being walkable to nearby attractions like the aquarium and museum. It was super easy to get something from couple convenience stores nearby. Driving to major spots like Yi Sun-sin Square, the lighthouse, and the foodie street was also very easy. Other than the lobby being crowded during check-in and check-out, we experienced no inconveniences. Just note that the on-site facilities like arcade room, gym and etc. are a bit smaller than expected. Overall, a great place for a family stay!

I didn’t use Breakfast service. But I and my family were very satisfied with this hotel. Hotel was clean and very conveniently located in tourist attraction area. Staff were very nice. Their service was very emotionally touched. Water power in bathroom was satisfactory, too. I want to visit this hotel again if I visit Yeosu again.

Great location

The location is perfect and I really enjoyed the scenic view. I was able to go to yacht harbor, which is only 1 minute away by walk from the hotel. It would be grate if the hotel offered more food and beverage facilities. It's also a bit disappointing that there was no room service.

Our room was clean though the outdoor deck showed some wear. We were pleased with our room service. When I originally booked our stay, I made a mistake and booked only one night when we intended to stay 2 nights. I contacted Expedia and explained my error, I asked for a live agent for assistance. I was able to book a second night, and the staff at Venezia Hotel allowed us to stay the 2 nights in our original room, which I really appreciated. We were told we might have to check in on the original date, checkout the next day, return at 3:00 pm to check in for the second day, this would’ve been very inconvenient, once again It was my error on the original booking. Thank you to the Expedia agent and the Venezia Hotel Manager that spoke to his staff on our behalf. We were able to walk to the Aquarium as well as a couple more tourists sites, Hotel self parking was very convenient, and our final checkout was polite and quick. We did enjoy the hotels breakfast buffet, choices were plentiful with all the breakfast standards, for both Korean and Western fair. The CU store located in the driveway of the hotel was also appreciated, snacks, drinks and anything else needed were available, another definite plus. We will consider the Venezia Hotel on our next visit, D. W. Morton

The location is perfect and is very clean. But my room does not provide coffee maker nor hot water kettle, so I could not make coffee or tea. In the hotel lobby cafe, no coffee is offered in late evening.

We chose this hotel mostly for their rooftop swimming pool that was highlighted as the first photo on their website and marketing products. There was no mention anywhere that use of the pool was not included in the hotel stay fee. However, when we arrived the front desk staff informed us it would cost W15,000 per person to use the pool. On top of that, it was only open from 2pm-5pm for the days we were here. This was a major deal breaker for us...we looked forward to coolling off in the hot muggy weather and would have chosen a different hotel if the fee was clearly stated. Never in the past 40 years of our hotel stays have we been charged an extra fee for the swimming pool. The rest of our stay was okay, but the misleading advertising for the pool really spoiled our memory of our stay at the Venicia. The pool should not be shown as a highllight photo to advertise a hotel amenity if its only open 3 hours a day and costs W15,000 won.
