I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!
