It can be a better place to go

Well the hotel is clean and tidy but the service people can do better. If you came to look for rest and peace this is too noicy.

To start. TV was missing from the wall, and air con did not work. Moved me ro a new room. Air con did not work..they did fix it. Went to use the washroom, no toilet paper, no towels, no soap or shampoo. 45min later delivered items. Entire room, floor desk bed etc covered in thick layer of dust. Front desk sold the room to someone alse and they opened the door and walked in the room as i was laying in bed with nothing but a towel! Final straw at 9:30pm the resteraunt started karaoke at max volume...after riding my motorcycle for 10 hrs and wanting only to sleep i packed my bags and moved a few blocks down the road. Absolute trash....one of the worst hetels i have experienced....and I travel a lot

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y a pesar de comunicarlo no se solucionó. La alarma contra incendios sonaba toda la noche y al dia siguiente lo reportamos y la retiraron. El personal de la recepción poco amigable pero en el restaurante la gente genial. La comida es buena.

El servicio de comida, demora mucho. Cuando te sirven, la comida está fría. Es un aspecto importante por mejorar. Luego de esa experiencia en el almuerzo, preferí cenar fuera del hotel. El desayuno incluido en el servicio, es pésimo.

Viel zu teuer für einen schlechten Service

Der erste Eindruck war gut, aber nach und nach war klar, dass wir dafür (140 USD) viel zu viel bezahlt hatten. Kein Abendessen weil zu spät, kein Frühstück weil zu früh, WLAN funktionierte nicht, kein warmes Wasser, äußerst unfreundlicher Service,...und on Top eine Stadt, wo wir lieber nie gewesen wären.
