"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Leadville Condo 320. First off, Alpine Lodging was friendly and efficient to deal with, our stay was seamless from beginning to end. The condo, 2 floors actually, was spotless! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking, morning coffee and evening cocktails. The outdoor furniture on the lower balcony is very comfortable, with 4 swivel chairs and 2 ottomans and cushions on all pieces. The owners of this condo decorated the space so perfect-it is really beautiful. The location is perfect for staying within the town of Ketchum, short walks to boutiques, groceries(Atkinson’s Market is amazing!) and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when we make our way back to Idaho. Charming place and the town of Ketchum is so quaint and welcoming. Thank you for sharing your home with us:)"

"This was a beautiful condo with a view of the mountains and so convenient to the free buses that we used every day to get to our ski and hiking locations. The building hot tub was not busy and we usually had it to ourselves. The management team provided robes that we used to walk down the hall to the hot tub which were warm and convenient! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and it was large and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. The only improvement needed is in the heating system for the bunkroom which was too warm at 75 degrees and while opening windows during the day helped, at night the temp would rise right up again."

"This is a great spot close to town and the mountain. It is spacious, clean and has everything one needs for a great stay. We visited during the winter, but the back patio would be especially fun in the summer. "
