The Living area has a 65-inch curved 4k UHD TV with cable/streaming, a gas fireplace and couch, and a love seat to relax on. There is a sitting area with 2 recliner chairs and access to the outdoor patio area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and 4 bar stools for sitting around the countertop. The dining table seats 4 people.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a 50-inch curved 4k TV with cable/streaming, a walk-in closet and bath with a shower only, and a single vanity sink. There is access to the patio with a table, 4 chairs, and an outdoor grill. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a full-size bath with a single vanity sink and tub with shower. This bedroom has no windows, closet, or outside door. As you enter the condo there is a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and hallway bath. This condo has a coil cooling system to help keep you cool during the summer.

Complex Features: Thunder Springs is located next to the Bigwood Golf Course and has underground parking with a garage bay for two cars. Zenergy Health Club provides free guest access to a year-round swimming pool and hot tub. The Zenergy gym and spa are NOT included, but daily or weekly passes are open to the public and can be purchased at a regular rate. During summer, the Bigwood Grill is open for lunch and dinner and located next door to the Thunder Springs complex.
