This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath condo with second-floor entry overlooks Trail Creek and numerous surrounding cottonwood trees. With 1457 square feet, it will accommodate up to six guests. The condo offers nicely appointed, comfortable furniture with a large sofa for all to relax. The living room features a river rock fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area that seats up to 6 people. The deck off the dining room is very inviting for summertime relaxation and has an outdoor table and chairs overlooking Trail Creek for your dining pleasure. This unit does not have a telephone and does not have A/C.

The living room has a 55-inch smart TV and Bluetooth stereo. The master bedroom in the loft has a 45-inch flat screen smart TV, a king bed, and a ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings, great light, and looks out over the living room below. It has its own full bathroom. The main level bedroom with a queen bed has a 45-inch smart TV and access to the full-size hallway bath. The third bedroom is also on the main level and has a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and access to the hallway bath. The condo has a stacked washer/dryer.

Complex Features: Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
