"First of all I really liked my stay there except for one complaint. The air conditioning was not working. I was there for my daughter's wedding.. I was there for 5 days in the rooms were so hot they did bring us a couple fans. But didn't really work but it did offer to switch his room which was kind of hard to do because I was busy with my daughters wedding preparations so I had no time to switch I just made it work. Hopefully they get this problem fixed before the heat really sets in over there. Other than that the staff everybody was really nice and helpful if they fixed the AC then maybe I'll stay there again."

"We had a great stay! The lazy river was clean and relaxing. The staff was nice. The suite was spacious. And, the resort was also close to a wonderful Italian restaurant. "

"Honestly, pretty good place for the price. Free Breakfast, lobby was clean, some trash debris out front but might have came in from the wind. The area isn’t the best but the hotel was good. Homeless people in the area but didn’t feel unsafe or bothersome. For that part of phoenix that’s what you’re paying for so overall expected the experience I had. "

"This is my second staying at Rise Uptown and if I ever Visit Phoenix again, this is where I am Going to stay. So cute, feels safe, and the pool area is adorable. 10/10 recommended. "
