Our room was clean - and the hotel itself was very clean. I thinl there should be more options for breakfast. There was no fruit, eggs, etc.

Friendly and flexible satff. Little better(minor) work with cleaning, a few things were broken need repairs. Nothing major. The front rep was VERY helpful! Easy checkin and checkout. I will return.

I thought this would be up to par like the country Inn and suites was when they were in this building but things were dirty, moldy in the fridge, TV and internet didn’t work, pool hours weren’t conducive to a one night stay. I was very disappointed.

Front desk clerk smoking outside then charged $100 deposit then after I had paid through Travelocity charged me two more times for room. Cold indoor pool, no towels, mildew on bathroom ceiling. Terrible breakfast everything was cold at 7:30am, lobby smelled like weed.

There was a sense of insecurity with the type of clientele The Baymont catered to. Suspect individuals hanging around out side throughout the night, with constant noise. Law enforcement being called to handle disturbances. This was not my best experience and will not be staying at this Hotel again!

I would have given a decent review of this hotel, until I was over charged on my credit card. I paid online, then they took a 100.00 deposit. Then I also seen a pending debit for $64.92. I could have stayed at a upscale hotel for this kind of treatment !!!!!

OMG, disgusting, unsafe - the door to the room has a Hugh gap, light filtered through- The floor/carpet was not just dirty, it was nasty - it hadn't been washed/Vacuumed for months. I booked for a week (7 nights) and stayed 2 nights. Customer service leaves much to be desired. There were big rolls of carpet in the areas - so maybe they are in the process of renovating - more than the carpet need replacing - the whole building, bathroom especially.
