"In the first room they gave us, the bed foundation was broken. When you sat on the bed, it sank. The next day they moved us to another room, where the beds were ok. They were not broken, but the mattresses were not very supportive. Biggest problem is the hotel location. It is in downtown Minneapolis, surrounded by concert halls. On Friday and Saturday night there was music blaring until 2:30am. If you come to party that may not be an issue, but if you want to rest, you might want a different hotel. Otherwise it's a decent hotel, it's clean looks nice. The standard American breakfast is served from 6am to 10am daily, which is better than many hotels in the state. There is free coffee/tea in the lobby all day. The convenience store is outrageous, $8 for a bottle of water!"

"The elevators didn't work properly. Was headed to 7th floor and elevator stopped at 5th floor for 8 minutes with us stuck inside...then it went back down to 1st floor, went to get an attendant and they acted annoyed. AC did not work well in room it was sweltering. Stayed here because $25 cheaper (we were just staying night to catch plane back home next morning)....words to the wise spend the extra $25 and stay across street!"

"Our room wasn’t in good shape. There was chewed bubblegum stuck to the wall, the toilet seat was broken and so was the handle to the sink in the bathroom. The pool was great but staff needs to be more on top of rules. I got headbunted from adults throwing and pushing around other adults around the pool. Our 7 year old got in trouble for having her legs in the hot tub when there was several other kids physically in the hot tub. They definitely have a lot of improvement to do and need to do a better job cleaning rooms and getting them ready."

"This is not a hotel - it is a motel/inn. Our room set up is odd. The door opens right to the beds and the bathroom is at the end of the room. This setup allows us to hear everything outside the door (we are on the ground floor so lots of foot traffic). The toilet needs to be flushed twice in order to flush completely. The bathroom is extremely small and worn. Really expensive for the quality of the inn but it was during convocation ceremony season. Great proximity to university campus. Will not stay again."
