The facility is simply too old. It needs renovation. The staff was courteous but could make no recommendations on dining or activities. The pool is very small. The continental breakfast is de minimus.

If you want to be close to everything, it's hard to beat this place. I love the hot tub. I would love to see them upgrade and replace things that need refurbishing but at these prices you can't expect too much. Especially since for 7 months out of the year they don't get nearly the full bookings that they do during the winters. That and if they put all that money into the building they'd probably be charging 250 a night so I'll take it as it is.

The room had an odor the TV did not work The receptionist at the front desk tried to fix the TV on two separate occasions, and I finally moved to another room and then that TV did not work very well either so I just stayed there

The staff was nice and helpful. Quality of the room/property was fine and no complaints. Room was clean and quiet. I would bring your own pillows. Only complaint.

This hotel should not be on the list of acceptable hotels for Expedia. It is OLD, very outdated, in need of repairs, and a huge step down from any hotel we have ever been to. The first room we were given (Room 105) was disappointing but we decided to be ok with it. Terrible bathroom with the lowest smallest toilet we have ever seen, bad tile, and no towels in room. We asked for towels and soap, and were walked to the laundry room and handed towels and small bottles of shampoo. Upon returning from dinner, we found a flood of water from the ceiling onto the toilet and floor, leaking onto the carpet! We were given another room, it was in a bit better shape, but outdated and with the same type of ridiculous bathroom. The bed and linens were just ok. We tolerated it, and left first thing in the morning. Breakfast was offered, but we left before that, so cannot comment on breakfast or coffee.

This property is not up to date. No USB ports, tiny toilet, weak microwave, no fitness facility. Beds were comfortable. Walls thin. Breakfast lacking in protein and healthy options like yogurt and fruits. Tangerines were provided. Coffee weak. Not properly staffed to keep up with usage.

The "luxury" inn and suites is misnamed. There is no elevator so you need to haul all your ski stuff up stairs. There is also no water fountain to fill up a water bottle. At the continental breakfast, they only had spoons for utensils so we had to spread butter or jelly on our toast with spoons. The rooms are old and outdated. Stay elsewhere.

We stayed in two different rooms due to a change in our schedule. The first room had 2 of 4 light bulbs burned out in the lamps, and the bathtub filled up with ankle-deep water while taking a shower. The second room had a telephone wire hanging from the ceiling, the door wouldn't close properly, due to a loose strikeplate, and the entire sink faucet was loose. Both rooms, and the hotel, are very dated and dingy; the whole place could use some major renovations. The upside were the friendly staff and the soaps and products that they had in the rooms.

This hotel was fine for our skiing trip as we were looking for budget over quality. The continental breakfast is donuts, bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal which is fine, but was disappointed there were minimal protein options, mostly just carbs. Instead of towel hooks in the bathroom, there were 2 screws in the back of the door. The complimentary hair dryer was was melted, but still worked. This wasn't an issue for us, but folks should be aware there is not an elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs if you're on the second floor. Overall, I would stay here again for budget purposes.

This property shows signs of wear. The good things: price!, a decent continental breakfast - not much protein, but they have oatmeal and peanut butter. The pool and hot tub was great. The baseboard heater in the room works, but don't turn it down too far. In our room there was a gap between the AC unit and the outdoors.Pillows and bed were OK, not great. They cleaned our room each day - nice, but failed to replace some towels. Overall - a solid average hotel - at a price that allowed us to book an extra trip to the area.
