My room was clean and spacious.... The front desk attendant was super duper nice plus helpful!!!!! 10 min walk to Disneyland... The parking is a little tight but it wasnt bad!! If you are going to Disneyland book this hotel ....I bet the Big Mouse would love you for it!!!!!

I had a medical emergency on the second day of our stay and the staff were fantastic! I couldn’t ask for better care and support from a hotel staff.

The location is excellent. We were able to walk to Pier 39, and there were fun events happening nearby over the weekend, so we had a really enjoyable time. My kids especially loved the s’mores kit we received as a welcome gift. The hotel lobby also has games that families can enjoy together, as well as a relaxing space where you can sit and look out at the Ferris wheel. One thing that really impressed me was that each floor has a water station where you can get filtered water, cold water, and hot water. That was very convenient and surprisingly thoughtful.
