Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Hpuse not habitable

Couldn't not stay there. House not habitable. Sent pictures and spoke to someone on Thursday night about 8 pm Trying to get a refund. Spoke to owner. Saud she understood. I want a refund please.
