Amazing DEEP WATER Executive Home with Private Dock, Sandy Beach and Private Inground Pool. The water is NAVIGABLE for a BOAT-YACHT all the way to Charleston Harbor and the Intercoastal Waterway. Relax and fish or sunbathe while enjoying the BEAUTIFUL views of the undeveloped, protected NATURE PRESERVE directly across the water from the house.

Cool off on the 1,550 SF deck with INGROUND POOL or grill out with family and friends! The home is laid out with entertaining in mind with large, open family room, dining room, and kitchen with a wall of windows looking out to the beautiful lake. There is generous counter space with a large kitchen island and separate kitchen eat-in bar. In addition there is a central room with wood-crafted bar, pool table and arcade game machine.

If you enjoy fishing, golf, swimming, and boating, then Lake Marion, SC is the place for you! Our family has owned the home and enjoyed the lake for over 30 years. The home has provided us amazing experiences and wonderful family memories. We'd love to share our home with you!
