Enjoy a private, comfortable space surrounded by tropical landscaping with easy access to the pool and outdoor living areas. Guests can take advantage of bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and light fishing gear for exploring Sugarloaf Key and the surrounding neighborhood. Inside, you’ll find comfortable sleeping arrangements, a large TV, full bathroom, laundry and everything you need for an easy Keys getaway. Outside, enjoy the pool, grills, fire pit, lounge areas and hot/cold outdoor shower. The fenced property is pet friendly and perfect for families, couples or friends looking to slow down and enjoy island life. When both portions of the property are booked separately, the pool area may be shared with guests staying in the other part of the home.
