- Cudjoe Gardens beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located at the end of a clear flow through canal that is packed with marine life. A 17000 lb boat lift, concrete dock with fish cleaning station, freezer, ice machine, and kayaks it is a boater's dream. The heated and chilled pool and tiki offer a relaxing retreat when you are off the water. The interior of the home offers a king size bed in the master and a queen bed in the second room. There is a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. Fiber optic internet allows you to keep in touch with the rest of the world and the are smart tvs in the bedrooms and living room.
Guest Access is contactless. The owner will provide entry instructions prior to arrival.
Guest is responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your party during your stay. Use of the boat lift is at the sole risk of the guest. Guest assumes all risk for use of the boat lift, including any damage to persons or property whether caused by negligent or malfunction of the boat lift.
