"We stay at a lot of places. We have not encountered the high level of customer service we did here, in at least a decade! Every single person was super kind, always had a smile and went WAY out of their way to be helpful. My husband is in a wheel chair and staff got ice for us every day! They approached us with offers to assist us many many times. The room wasn’t my favorite, the shower was small, but the customer service was top notch and the reason we will be back, year after year. Thanks so much ❤️"

"I had a tear of my Achilles tendon saw a very well-known surgeon down the Cape for this. I had to stay in the HYANNIS area several days in order to get some tests to see the doctor. This hotel was very comfortable and affordable. The manager at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.
