Book a Sumatra Cottage

All I remembered was that the property looked out of place in a small town. The staff were friendly and the room were luxurious for the price paid. My only criticism was there were no hanging spaces for towels etc. Should have more of similar hotel around the country. Aaaa

Very nice hotel to stay at. Not really anything major nearby but lovely just to chill at the hotel.

From check in to departure it was great. Meals were great .

Can't fault my stay here. Close to a lot of shopping, food etc. I couldn't find an alphamart or indomarket nearby but a short ride was fine for that. Next time I'm in town I will be staying here again

Great location, excellent staff, good restaurant, facilities OK. Hotel maintenance could be a bit better. Room next to busy road, substantial traffic noise, especially early evening. Inflexible when amending booking, ie wanted to charge more than original booking when reducing stay by one day.

The Anara Sky Medan is conveniently located for a stopover between flights.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel as it had a wide range of breakfast options, and various facilities such as pool, saunas and gym.

Lovely staff, very courteous and helpful

Property was great facilities were really good, staff were very accommodating. Great place to visit if you want some downtime and relaxation not a very touristy place.

Fantastic experience, receptions greet me by my name when I walk passed them and the politeness and friendliness of every staff members were outstanding. We will be back again next time.

Overall I would rate the hotel as excellent. However, the 1st day as soon as my wife & I entered the room, someone called to ask me to pay the room charges, which I had definitely paid online! After my argument, it was quiet.... But the horror haunted back at the last evening before our check-out! First, we were locked out of our room; so we had to return to the Receptionist, which is a distance away, to get both our proximity cards reset! Then, at about 11.15pm, when the hotel guests are...

Great customer service, friendly staff, clean room and hotel, perfect location.
