"We got to stay here for a week while we toured the Smithsonians. The staff was amazing, the amenities were convenient including a tiny shop in the lobby, a Starbucks, two restaurants and, ice and vending machines on every floor, laundromat, small indoor kids play area, a gym, maybe a business area and a pool. Only con was the excess train whistles starting at 7am, who does that help WMATA?"

"Great spot to stay. Within a good walking distance to major tourist sites. Local shops to eat nearby. Hotel staff was amazing!"

"I have never stayed at a Citizen M hotel before and I don’t normally write reviews …this hotel was amazing. Checking in is so efficient. Decor is stylish and fun. The rooms are small however all you need is there and the quality of the bedding and pillows is outstanding. It’s about 6 minutes walk to the museums. The food is good and they have a roof top bar which has a wonderful view of the Capital building. Highly recommend."

"This hotel is nice. The only thing that I didn't care for was the cleaning crew banging on my door before 8am. "
