I never received check-in instructions nor the code to access the property even though the information was requested days before my arrival. "Lobby was clean, front desk staff was courteous. My room overall was decent, the bed made my back hurt though but I need a very soft mattress. The worst part was the bathroom, it smelled like a sweaty gym locker room. It was gross and the smell wouldn’t go away even after spraying air freshener."
