"The property is old, but clean and well-maintained. It is a budget accommodation, but includes in-room coffee, comfortable seating, and a night light. The only item that would be really nice to add would be a window covering in the bathroom."

"Clean room and great views. It is a short drive to downtown but I like that the property is in a private quiet location. The only bad about this property is while showering, you will need windows open and the fan on (the one in front of the window by the bed, there is not a fan in bathroom). If not, the room will be humid, hot, and the bathroom will be wet, which makes the room very uncomfortable "

"We booked on Expedia and had a room with ‘no view’… but our room had a beautiful second floor view of the ocean. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on our deck watching the sunrise. The building is beautiful, well kept and very classy. The staff is wonderful. It was a little pricy for us, but after arriving, it was very well worth it. We had a wonderful vacation and loved our beautiful room. "
