Close to many amenities of the town centre and the historical town of Zadar, it makes for a perfect holiday getaway accommodation.The entire Villa spreads on a high ground floor. It consists of a spacious open-concept living room with a fireplace, dining room and kitchen that have an exit to the covered terrace and pool area. The terrace features an outdoor dining and seating area and a gas barbecue. The pool is complimented with sunloungers and parasols, while overlooking the parking and garden equipped with a basketball basket and a trampoline for our youngest guests.There are three bedrooms, all with queen sized beds, one of which can be separated to make for a room with two single beds. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with SAT TVs. The master bedroom has a walk-through closet with plenty of space.The Villa also features 4 parking spaces, SAT TV, Wi-Fi throughout and A/C.
