Villa is located in small place of Debeljak distanced only 4 km from Sukošan and 16 km from Zadar provides you the necessary privacy and serenity, but in the same time vicinity to beach and town.



This villa can accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms each one with private bathroom (as well as AC and TV) and one extendable sofa in the living room. Kitchen as well as living room are fully equipped including air-condition, wifi, satellite TV and all kitchen appliances.



Want to exercise?- there is exercise equipment! Do you want to pamper yourself in a sauna, play tennis, sun bathe while kids are playing on the playground! What ever crosses your mind, this villa has it.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Tennisplatz

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Der Tennisplatz ist super und bietet gute Abwechslung und die Tischtennisplatte war neu und dadurch auch bespielbar. Das Haus ist ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Toll ist, dass an den meisten Fenstern Fliegengitter sind. Die Lage ist gut, Zadar und Biograd sind schnell erreichbar und auch zu den Stränden ist es nicht weit. Ein Auto braucht man aber auf jeden Fall. Alles in allem ein schönes Ferienhaus!
