The terraced house has three floors connected by an interior staircase. On the first floor there is a kitchen with living room and bathroom, on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and on the 2nd floor there is a party room with billiards, e-darts and smart TV. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days.
Also on the 2nd floor is the terrace with outdoor jacuzzi for 4 people, enjoy wonderful relaxing baths here with beautiful views. Also in the private fenced garden with seating you can enjoy the sun, also you can use the large common property on the community barbecue to prepare delicious dishes.
The beach is just a few steps away and the city of Zadar can be easily reached by car.
