"The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance to shops and stores. The overall atmosphere is very nice. However, the food could use some improvement, and the walls are quite thin—we were woken up by conversations from the next room."

"The hotel was a great place to stay in Napa. Great location for visiting the wineries. Room was clean and had plenty of room. The only issue that we had was that our room was on the third floor of the Parker Mansion. No elevator only stairs. I had recently had a knee replacement so I had some difficulty with walking up and downstairs. I did not ask for a room change and just treated as rehab. This might be an issue for some people so you might ask about it before making your reservation "

"I had seen several negative reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, but we didn't find this to be the case. Both our room and the lobby area were clean. The decor and landscaping in the lobby and adjacent courtyard were very nice. There was also a complimentary wine tasting. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!"
