In the district of Heidersbach 1.5 km from the centre of Goldlauter, 7 km from the centre of Suhl, 55 km from the centre of Coburg, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest. Private: property 500 m2 with trees, meadow. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Heidersbach Waldbad" 1.5 km. Ski lift 2 km.
3-room house 50 m2. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
