"Several breakfast items were gone and not replenished well before breakfast time was over. Room was fairly clean, but grimy in corners & edges. Air conditioning was good for our room, but not for some other rooms on our floor. The pool & waterfall area was very misleading from the picture. The photo shows everything clean & pristine, but in person there was mildew, paint peeling on walls, random carts with stacks of hotel items sitting in hallways. The fold-out sofa bed in our suite was stuck and wouldn't unfold without a great deal of force. Staff was kind, but the condition of the hotel was poor. Unfortunately we didn't have any other options for the night, otherwise we would not have stayed. "

Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "
