"The front desk staff weren’t the nicest, the housekeeping staff were very nice and willing to help. The room felt very wet and had a musty smell. You had to let the water run for five+ minutes in the shower to have any sort of warm water. It was decent for the price, but I would not stay again."

"Extremely disappointing stay and I would not return or recommend this hotel. We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. Many times it was already packed full or had luggage carts taking up space, so we couldn’t even get on. Being on the 11th floor with small children, repeatedly taking the stairs was not realistic. Our room door was also difficult to open and took multiple attempts with the key card almost every time. Although the hotel is supposedly non-smoking, people were smoking on the pool deck. The checkout experience was the worst part. The front desk initially refused to provide me with a receipt and told me to just leave the keys in a box. Thankfully my husband insisted because we then discovered we had been overcharged by more than $220. When I questioned it, I was first told it was Expedia’s fault and that I had to handle it through them. Only after I pulled up the full Expedia price breakdown myself did they finally refund the incorrect charges as we were overcharged by $60 per night. Make sure you review your bill carefully before leaving and insist on getting a receipt."

"The staff and room was really clean but I found a huge cockroach in my bathroom was pretty gross and definitely was disgusting room 204 it came out of the bathroom exhaust vent have pictures showed staff at counter when leaving they just looked shocked at me."

"The room was very run down with a strange smell when we checked in. They scanned my drivers license and credit card then GAVE ME someone ELSES card information. When I complained checking out they said that it was from “seven years ago” when the card had not even expired yet. When I called to inquire about a late check in the man was very rude on the phone. The only plus was the bed was comfy."

"I come often and noticed a complete staff makeover. Not as friendly and smiley as I remember, but they do their job. The hot tub was broken, and the front desk knew nothing of it, so hopefully next time I come, it's fixed. I was looking forward to using it this trip, so I was disappointed. Also, the coffee bar is sad. Last time I thought maybe it was a bad couple of days, but it has changed. Bring your own tea and creamer. Coffee was just fine and brews 24/7. But that's it- just coffee, hot water and sugar. I appreciate the convenience of this hotel and it is well-maintained for a beachfront property in it's price range, so nothing here is a deal breaker for someone like me."

" Fantastic Stay! Perfect Home & Host! This home was absolutely perfect for my stay! Everything was exactly as described and worked flawlessly. The house has clearly undergone many recent upgrades, making it feel fresh, modern, and very inviting. I especially loved the huge TVs—perfect for unwinding after a long day—and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet, which provided the peaceful atmosphere I was looking for. 律A huge shoutout to Nick, who was more than accommodating throughout my visit. His hospitality was truly sincere and made all the difference in my experience. I really appreciated everything he did to ensure my stay was seamless! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, upgraded, and well-managed home. Can't wait to stay here again! "

"Breakfast was hot and tasty. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great. But.. They can paint all they want..its still on older hotel.. carpet squares on the floor. No counter top in the bath just a pedestal sink and rusty short wire shelving.. this is not representative of the Hampton Inn's we are accustom to. There are too many other choices in the area. We wont be back. "
