"Great space. kids down stairs kept noise down. Well stocked. Nice cove, tied the boat on the bank making easy access. Screened porch was wonderful for coffee drinking and dining."

"We stayed here for my moms 80th bday party. We had 9 families ages from 2 to 81. This place was the absolute best. We rented a golf cart for the stay to take us to and from the house to the waters edge. I think the house was even better then the descriptions and pictures on the listing. Access to the water was excellent. The hostess was excellent to get ahold of and was extremely accommodating to our questions and requests. It was pet friendly which was important to us. I would highly recommend this VRBO. If I could give it a 1000% I would. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this gem!! We also had 2 houseboats at the waters edge and it was easy access for them.I gave all 5 stars on all areas except the accuracy because I think the house, location and amenities description didn't give this house justice. It is even better then expected. The house was super clean but we did clean a bit up on the back deck, which was good just not great(that could have just been from the time they cleaned to when we arrived cause there are trees that drop things on the deck and moisture that could have made it feel like needing a bit of cleaning). This would have never deterred us from staying. The property is huge with plenty of room inside and out. And very kid friendly. It was old person friendly also. My dad is 81 and he has a walker and he was able to get around easily. Again, this place was absolutely perfect for us and our family and hope to return!!"

"The property was as described in the listing. The view was beautiful and there was ample parking. However, the furniture in the living room needed updating, as it was worn and some pieces broken. The couches and chairs were usable, but just needed to be replaced. The soap dispensers in the master shower were empty, so we were glad we had brought our own shampoos and soaps. The freezer had not been wiped down, as evidenced by something red and sticky left behind. On the first day, several times, the thermostat had to be readjusted, as it kept going up to 76. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay. The property was spacious with a nice layout. The kitchen was well stocked and coffee pods were provided for the Keurig. Being property owners ourselves on VRBO, we just expected a property at this price point to be more updated and well-maintained."

"We had a wonderful stay at this adorable house during our Arkansas vacation! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed after long days of exploring. The home was cozy, well-maintained, and in a great location for all of our adventures. It truly felt like a home away from home. We appreciated how easy the check-in process was and how responsive the hosts were. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"The house was absolutely beautiful — perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, including quiet spots to slip away when you needed a breather. The kitchen is well‑stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, which made meals easy. There are refrigerators and washing machines and dryers upstairs and downstairs. There is also an ice machine downstairs in case you need more than the refrigerators can make. There is covered parking to load and unload in case of rain. It’s a quick drive to Harps grocery, mini golf, bowling, restaurants, and the pools. And the lake? Just a short, two‑minute walk from the back of the house.Well worth the money."

"Pause for a moment and think of all the goodness that you and / or your loved ones deserve and then book this stay! You will have all the comforts and feeling of being at home, surrounded by peace and beauty of countryside with Sugarloaf Mountain and the lake view from the deck. Take a walk down to the cove and along the shore line, and in the evening cookout on the grill, light a fire in the firepit and enjoy the evening sounds especially the whippoorwills and perhaps bobwhites. All your moments of goodness, peace of mind, and happiness is yours right here at this lake cabin. Your host is most gracious! The love of this place and its surroundings are felt in the care they take of this property and it shows in the consideration of the comforts and accommodations with their guests in mind. Thank you Mrs. Rhonda for this beautiful place and wonderful stay! We are rejuvenated and ready to get back into the business of life. When we know it is time to pause and return to what we are deserving in goodness, self-care and comforts, we will reconnect with you and our peace of mind at Sugarloaf Mountain Lake Cabin."
