"We generally enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. Although there was no functioning AC, there were fans that kept the temperature at a comfortable level. The hostess was easy to communicate with. Our only concern was that the carpets could use a good cleaning. Would stay again. "

"Appreciated I was able to book last minute same day and communication was good. Being a basement apartment in the summer it was extremely stuffy and I would recommend a fan or two for air circulation. Opened the windows at night however that magnified the sound of barking dog which made the stay most unbearable. There is a dog living above the apartment in the house section/ directly outside the basement window. and it barked and howled all night both nights. Would have been appreciated if this...

"Overall very nice, friendly neighbors and dogs. The rooster is right on time each morning at 5:am. However, too many rules and do nots. I felt I was back in my parent's home. Need a chair in the spare bedroom and the hallway bathroom is not ADA compliance. The bathtub was really high and hard to get into. It would have helped if there were grap bars. The bottom on the tub became slippery when wet and soapie. For the price, location and just spending the night, overall a good deal."
