Phone did not work, housekeeper was rude, didn’t refill soap, or properly make up the bed, housekeeper appears offended when we ask to come back in a few minutes. There was a bug in the bed. It was a non smoking room and the couch smelled like old cigarette. "

"First want to start off by saying the house is as described actually better then the photos online led us to believe. It's an older house but was clean and decorated beautifully. For the money, description, and space you get staying in this home I would definatley recomend you staying here. "The hotel was pet friendly. Staff was great! Helpful and fun. The rooms were suppose to have dorm type refrigerators and microwaves in them. Ours did not have either. It was inconvenient as we had shopped for groceries accordingly. We had no cooler. Other than that, things were fine. "
