Kein warmes Wasser, da der Warmwassererzeuger defekt war. Nach Auskunft des Klempners war dies der Vermieterin bekannt. Die abgebildete Terrasse lag direkt an der Durchgangsstraße, abgetrennt durch eine dünne Holzwand zum Bürgersteig, hinter der die Mülltonnen standen. Fernseher funktionierte nur eingeschränkt. WLAN...
