    Discover our charming holiday retreat in a former farmhouse for 2–4 guests, nestled in a picturesque round village with a church and thatched houses in the municipality of Süderholz. Enjoy peace and relaxation in the countryside. The spacious 70 sqm offer a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a simple shower room. A large bedroom and living room invite you to unwind.



    Important heating note: The house is heated with a coal stove during the cooler months. You must operate the stove yourselves. If you expect a centrally heated property with automatic warmth, please consider this before booking. There is no Wi-Fi.



    The large garden is perfect for relaxing, playing or barbecuing. A wood-fired sauna is available on request for an extra fee. A playground with table tennis and a football field is 100 m away. You’ll find shops in Greifswald and Grimmen (12 km); in Kandelin (4 km) there’s a bakery and a small village shop. Excursions to Stralsund, Greifswald, Lubmin and the Baltic Sea islands of Darß, Rügen and Usedom are easily reached by car, train or bicycle. The house is not directly by the water.



    Local tips: Baroque Griebenow Castle (3 km), Greifswald with Eldena Monastery ruins and Wieck, Stralsund with Ozeaneum, Marlow Bird Park, Ribnitz Amber Museum, Klockenhagen open-air museum, Baltic Sea cycle path to Barth, Trebeltal and Recknitztal.

ein sehr idyllischer Ort und eine super charmante Wohnung!

Pros: Das Haus ist fachgerecht umgebaut und renoviert und auf eine sehr unaufdringliche und charmante Art und Weise in eine Ferienwohnung verwandelt worden. Ergänzt wird das alles durch einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferientage und auch die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern funktionierte bestens. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für den netten Empfang! Cons: ---

Für Ruhesuchende und Genussradler die ideale Adresse!

Pros: Die recht abgeschiedene , sehr ruhige Lage ist Balsam für Ruhesuchende.Das Interieur ist geschmack- und liebevoll, der grosse Garten ein Idyll. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft idealer Ausgangspunkt für die ganze Umgebung. Die Versorgung ist dank schneller Anbindung an Greifswald problemlos, der Bäcker in Kandelin empfehlenswert. Hervorzuheben ist die jederzeit unaufdringliche, zuvorkommende Art der Vermieter. Wir haben uns hier fantastisch erholt und hatten Dank des reetgedeckten Lehmhauses auch keinerlei Probleme bei 37 Grad Aussentemperatur! Cons: Wer Wert auf Modernes, Neuwertiges legt, fühlt sich hier nicht wohl, obwohl alles Nötige vorhanden und in Ordnung ist. Wlan passt zur Entschleunigung. Fön bitte selbst mitbringen.
