Welcome to our Country House Oasis of Tranquility on the edge of the forest, a newly renovated, cosy retreat in the heart of Central Germany. The house combines true tranquility in a green setting with a surprisingly central location between Köthen, Magdeburg, Leipzig, Dessau, and the Harz Mountains—ideal for getaways, city trips, and family holidays.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements – 4 Bedrooms, 6 Beds
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests in a total of 4 separate bedrooms, each equipped with the top-rated Bodyguard mattress for exceptional sleeping comfort:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m)
• 1 bedroom with two separate single beds (each 0.90 × 2.00 m)
• 2 single bedrooms (each 0.90 × 2.00 m), each with its own smart TV
The two larger bedrooms on the upper floor also feature air conditioning.

⚠️ Notes on the Building’s Construction
This is an older, traditional house, which is why:
• Ceiling heights are lower in some areas
• The stairs to the upper floor are steeper
• The house is not ideal for guests taller than approximately 1.90 m
• the house is not suitable for people with limited mobility
