"The staff were decent and I liked the chalet like rooms for number of people we had in the group. Each chalet had a king bed and a twin bed. That part was great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest nor the towels. The hot water took an hour to come through the shower and one of the rooms wouldn’t drain water (they did accommodate to shower in another room). "I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places. "
