Located 12 miles north of Suches just off Hyw 60 on Woodeye Circle. 400 ft. Pristine Toccoa River Frontage.

Rustically Furnished home w/Dry Sauna, Granite & Hardwood Kitchen w/Center Island, Enormous Loft with Ping Pong table and Corner Stone Gas Log Fireplace.

Step into the Clear, Cool Waters of the Rushing Toccoa. YEAR-AROUND Mountain Views. Wrap Around Porches w/Private Covered Porch off Master Bedroom directly on the Shoreline.

Large deck on the river's edge to relax and watch the river.

We provide 6 commercial grade tubes to float the river. There is a public access area (Deep Hole) about 1 & 1/2 miles upstream. Put in there and float back to the cabin!

Cabin was big and clean and has everything you need, feels so homy. Neighborhood is quiet and taken care of. Very easy access and location. River is so calming and nice to hear. Fishing also good, catch and release.

Great Weekend!

This is a top notch place for a GA Mountain getaway. It was very cozy and you could tell that this is a happy place for whoever comes! Thoroughly enjoyed!

Great Getaway

The cabin was even more beautiful in person. Everything was perfect. The cabin was spacious, clean, stocked, great fishing, and so much more. Really enjoyed the time we spent there and will be back.

A piece of paradise

Perfect Place

This cabin is the absolute perfect place to stay! This is our 2nd time staying there and we plan on this being our go to place for mountain trips! Everything you could possibly need for a good get away is at this cabin. Highly recommend!

Cabin was beautiful, nice, and clean! Cleveland was kind and great at responses! Neighborhood was quiet, qaint, nice geounds, the river in backyard was great. Cabin has all you need!

Perfect getaway with the grandsons

Homeowner was wonderful to work with! The cabin is beautiful and well stocked! The view of the river from the porch is amazing! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood, will definitely go back this fall! Grandsons are from California and were both so impressed with the cabin, fishing, the whole area!

Perfect Getaway

Such a great property and stay! The river view is perfect! The kitchen is well equipped and all of the rooms were very comfy. The ping pong table, bonfire area, and river were all fully utilized. 30 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge with a general store (with bbq) 2 miles up the road. Highly recommend!

Riverside Cabin

This was a wonderful property in a great location. The back porch overlooks the river and provides an awesome place to relax. The cabin was extremely well stocked in the kitchen. The cabin was immaculate with beautiful views of the mountains from the front of the house. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a mountain retreat.

Toccoa Cabin

Beautiful location and views. I enjoyed many walks around the circle in the morning and afternoon. At one time there were 12 deer next door along the driveway. We were able to float the river several times in the tubes provided - weather was perfect this trip!

Fishing trip

We have enjoyed this cabin multiple times over the past several years for my husband’s annual birthday fishing trip. It is always a great time! Cannot say enough about the experience! The cabin is beautiful, inviting and very comfortable. We love coming back each year!

Delightful in December

My husband and I have stayed here twice — both times during early December for his birthday. He loves fishing out behind the cabin, and I love to curl up inside with a good book! The cabin is equipped with all the comforts of home but is situated in a beautiful mountain valley on the river. A delightful getaway!!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing

We literally only left this cabin one time during our stay over Labor Day weekend. The cabin is lovely and the it was perfect for the three couples in our group. Loved the back porch and the deck out on the river. We spent most of our time out there fishing and visiting with the kayakers and tubers on the river. We are already thinking about another trip.

Beautiful vacation home

Beautiful home that is in a wonderful location! Caught a fish right off the bank behind the house! Easy check-in process and lock code. The kitchen needs some updated pots, pans, and other tools. Also, the blankets and comforters were quite dusty. Probably could do with being washed more frequently, as well as the beds that aren't used every rental. Otherwise, amazing rental home.

Relaxing

Our first trip to the cabin was in 2011, we stayed one other time after that before we outgrew it due to our expanding family, Grandkids. We love the Suches, Toccoa River area. This visit was for my wife and I as well as her parents. Far and away our Most favorite cabin to rent. The Browns are very interested in you enjoying your stay and will make sure the cabin is in top top shape. If you are looking for a cabin in this area and this one is available, BOOK IT

Understated Options

Focusing on the location and river access will result in a few surprises when you first walk in. The property is listed as a 3-bedroom 2 bath home directly on the Toccoa river. While that is all true, visitors will be pleased to find that it also has a huge playroom upstairs complete with a 4th full bed, a ping pong table, a game table all set to play a fun game of checkers, and a video game machine. A pleasant surprise when the weather restricts access to the river and the great fishing. Recommend this home highly.

Perfect to get away and recharge with family and friends

Toccoa River Cabin was a great place for us to stay. It's about 30 minutes (give or take) from Blue Ridge and extremely peaceful. Living room was perfect for a marathon of movies and is stocked with a number of DVDs plus a Roku. Dining table was great for games and craft, again, a nice stock of games as well. Even with less than ideal weather, we were able to get out and fish on the second full day and caught 3 very nice trout on fly rods, landing one of them before releasing it back. Nightly had visits from a large number of deer in the front/side yards. Also saw the resident otter hanging around the small dock and playing in the back yard.Communication with the host was great - they were extremely receptive and always got back to us quickly with answers to any questions.Will definitely be back next year!

Cozy Mountain Stay

We loved our stay at Brown Cabin. You drive into this cleared land nestled in the mountains to find this beautiful log cabin on the river. The home is decorated with beautiful furniture, Christmas decorations, and a warm inside fire place we sat around watching college football. The back yard has a nice fire pit with four benches around it. The deck overlooking the water was our hang out. When i look for a cabin for our family, it must have the following; Flat land to water, fire place inside and out, and able to catch fish! This cabin checked all of that. My boys caught tons of different trout and we were blessed with a snow fall. We will definitely be back.
