From the moment you walk in the office, you are treated so much like an old friend that you feel like you are part of the family. The courteous and professional manner in which you are served is such a breath of fresh air. The KPM certainly is a home away from home. Even the lovely housekeeping ladies are so welcoming and friendly. Mum and I have nothing but awesome words for this excellent establishment ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Clean room with amenities. The Twin Room has 1 queen and 1 single bed. It has microwave and kettle. It has shower amenities with soap, body was and shampoo/conditioner. Although we could hear the neighbours walking ip and down the stairs as our room was situated near the stairs we had a comfortable sleep. Beds, pillows and blankets were all clean. The towels though had some funny smell like cooking oil, not sure what that was about. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the city and a walking distance to the Kings Park.

The service was helpful and friendly. Location makes it easy to access a variety of suburbs. I was pleasantly surprised by bottle water in the fridge, especially as the day was hot and I needed hydration. Linen was excellent, towel were soft and pleasant to use, bed linen was very comfortable. Fridge with milk for cup of tea was a bonus. Lots tea bags, I didn’t need sugar or coffee, though multiple sugar and coffee available. Microwave, tv, aircon, toaster, hairdryer were also available and made my stay comfortable and easy. I’d stay again where I need. Thank you for your hospitality.
