"I really want to appreciate the staff present at the hotel. So diligent and polite they were. They even served the breakfast in bed as per our request. We wanted a scissors in an urgent situation. The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. Thanks to the hotel staff and management. Would really recommend it to all the people looking forward to have a vacation there. Cheers."

"The property is too good. I want to extend my thanks to Hemant sir/ staff for such a wonderful and smooth stay. Food is also really good. "Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket for drivers which is quite inhumane, given that any other big property does provide basic meals for drivers or is expected of them. We were informed of this by our driver at the end of our 2 nights stay, and that they asked him for ₹500 for a breakfast. Add to that the remote location of the property, which is a bit far away from the nearest populated areas, the driver was forced to drive 20 kms to grab any meals."

"Suprising. We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time. All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city."
