"Stayed here for nearly 2 months and love this place. It's quiet, safe and out of the way. The staff and all the neighbors are very sweet and friendly. It's not far to catch a Grab into town proper. There's something magic about the place itself. Go solo or with a group and rent out the bungalows. "

"Lovely staff, hotel building is fine, even good.
The BIG problem is lack of responsibility on the part of ownership to:
1. ensure they have satisfactory wifi--quality is currently poor, as the staff acknowledges.
2. STOP allowing guests to bring pets. each day there were instances of dogs barking for prolonged periods of time. the problem is not the dogs fault, but due to their irresponsible owners who do not attend to them. this hotel's business is quite good...ceasing to accept dogs...
