"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Booked on line, last minute. Get to the hotel where you let yourself in, no key. Called 5 times. No answer. Email. No response. Since it was late had to book last minute expensive room in another town."

"Das nan E Bike's ausleihen konnte war super, foch die Fahrradroute R12 und Gartentour führt nur über öffentliche Straßen direkt nach Hartberg das war blöd. Bessere Radwege am Land wären erwünschenswert (das ist aber denke ich nicht die schuld des Hotels). War sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem. Danke war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. "
