The room was pretty big for 3 people as we got the room at the 6 floor, so it had good space for 3 people. The hotel and the rooms were clean. There was few good restaurants around and the hotel was next to a train station, so transportation was easy too.

Ausstattung sicherlich nicht die Modernste jedoch alles in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfang 24/7 besetzt. Liegt praktisch in der Nähe von U S-Bahnen. 5 Minuten Fußweg.

Loved our stay.

The hotel staff was super nice and the room was clean and comfortable. I read in a review that there was no ac in the room but there was. The location was excellent too. It was so easy to catch the train and there were great restaurants, bakeries and markets nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

My stay was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, everything worked properly, the room was spacious and the receptionist lady was nice, quick, welcoming and helpful in granting my room request. The only suggestion to the management is to renew the carpet as its seems old.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, céntrico, cuenta con estacionamiento, hay que pagar una cuota 15 euros por la noche, las habitaciones están cómodas pero hace falta limpieza en alfombra y los tapices de las sillas, el baño es amplio, cómodo y luce limpio, la atención es buena.

It was within easy walking distance to the Stuttgart Town Centre. Spacious and clean room with balcony, old and traditional style which I did not mind. Feuersee Stuttgart train station which is less than 7 mins walk goes directly to Stuttgart Station. Travelled during Oktoberfest experienced disturbance during the night, which was immediately resolved by reception staff. Overall, I would stay there again.

I liked the walkability to the Metro. I disliked the loud tourist and hard matress keeping me awake. I also disliked the dirty carpeting when all the property management needs to do is run a steam cleaner.

Novum Rega a simple place to use as a base

The novum rega is a hotel providing a clean basic place to stay. Amenities were minimal, a small TV, a room fan that was needed in late April to cool the room to sleeping temperature [no AC]. The room had a small table with two chairs and a nice desk and a balcony. These were nice touches. When I reported a slow drain in the shower the hotel fixed it immediately. So a nice place, nothing special but a reasonable deal for the money.

Fine for the price

I booked the room for the price & because it had a free shuttle to/from airport. However after I booked I called the hotel to determine the pick up location of the shuttle and was told it was full. €30 Uber to the hotel. Once as the hotel during check in wanted to arrange the shuttle back to the airport and was told it was full. €30back to the airport. The difference in cost, I could have just paid more and stayed at the airport hotel.

Angenehmes Stadthotel in guter Lage

Ich bin öfters in diesem Haus und meistens zufrieden. Obwohl zur gleichen (Novum-)Kette gehörend, spielt das Hotel in einer anderen - besseren! - Liga als das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernte, ranzige Novum Boulevard (von dem ich nur abraten kann!). Das Haus ist moderner und die Zimmer sind in deutlich besserem Zustand. Viele haben einen Balkon - nach hinten in einen ruhigen Hof, aber imho ist es auch zur Straße raus akzeptabel, da es eine (für Innenstadtverhältnisse) wenig befahrene Seitenstraße ist. Lediglich die kleinen Einzelzimmer neben dem Fahrstuhl (Zi-Nummern enden auf -11) sind nicht so toll, weil man Geräusche von Fahrstuhl und Treppenhaus hört. Lage ist gut, S-Bahn "Feuersee" nur wenige Minuten entfernt, die zentrale S/U-Station "Stadtmitte" ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht, auch hier kein Vergleich zum Novum Boulevard. Auch das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und die Auswahl gut für diese Preislage. Wer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt am nächsten Tag einen Coupon für eine Flasche Wasser - allerdings nur 0,2l in einer winzigen Gastro-Pfandflasche, somit nix für unterwegs wenn man am gleichen Tag abreisen muss. Ich finde es auch vom Gegenwert her ein wenig bescheiden.

Vorab - sehr freundliches Personal auf allen Ebenen!!! Hotel hat ne gute ÖPNV Anbindung und auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Okay der Gang 5.OG steht wohl vor einer Renovierung ;-) Grundsätzlich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Würde ich wieder wählen

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet. Entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Neues saniertes und sauberes Zimmer. Den Ventilator im Zimmer unbedingt austauschen oder gründlich sauber machen (Staub hing cm-Dick an den Ventilatoren). Die beiden Matratzen waren viel zu weich.
