  • Apartment house "Moidl". In the district of Gattererberg 2.8 km from the centre of Stumm, 4.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, on a slope, 4.3 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis. Steep motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
    "Moidl", 2-room apartment 35 m2 on 1st floor. Bright, wooden furniture furnishings: 1 room with 3 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra).

gemütliche kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich, super für 2 Personen, gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt auf halber Höhe am Berg, die Anfahrt ist also ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig, dafür hat man aber eine spektakuläre Aussicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gemütlische Unterkunft mit tolle Sicht

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Ideal für Familienpaar mit einem Kind. Gastgeberin ist eine sehr nette zuvorkommende Frau. Wir waren hier zu Skiurlaub in Februar 2020 und haben sehr schöne Zeit gehabt.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, die Vermieterin sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Falls was fehlt, springt die Vermieterin gern ein. Den Preis finden wir für zwei Zimmer nicht angemessen. Zumal der Internetzugang extra bezahlt werden musste und die Internetverbindung zum Teil sehr schlecht war bzw. gar kein Netz zur Verfügung stand. Zu allem kam noch eine Pauschale pro Person.

Absolut tolle Unterkunft mit tollen Gastgebern!!

Die Vermieter, die mit Im Haus wohnen, sind sehr gastfreundlich und immer zu einem Gespräch bereit.. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und alles in einem guten Zustand. Alles zudem super sauber - kann ich nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage
