We zijn tevreden, het was een prima huis voor een week. Alleen zijn er zaken die we toch wel missen, de bedlampjes b.v. hangen erg hoog, daar kun je niet bij. En de salon tafel mag wel wat kleiner..die neemt veel ruimte van de doorgang naar de slaapkamers en douches in. Ook missen we een badmat in de douches die wel een hoge instap hebben. En handdoeken voor na het douchen. Dat zijn dingen die toch wel opvallen.

Sommerurlaub

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung war zweckmäßig und großzügig. Es sauber und gab ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Es gab genügend Teller, Tassen, Besteck und Gläser. Auf Anfrage wurde ein Wäscheständer bereit gestellt. Die Müllentsorgung war gut gelöst. Der Rest ist nicht optimal. Die Couches sind abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt (eingesunkene Sitzfläche/ fehlende Zierleiste und dadurch heraus stehende Schraubenspitzen). Die für 6 Personen sehr kleine Küche ist fürs Kochen nur bedingt geeignet: keine Ofenhandschuhe, keine Kochlöffel, kein Salatbesteck, Töpfe und Deckel passen nicht zusammen, nur eine Pfanne ohne Deckel, nicht ausreichend Müslischalen, Ofen schließt nicht vollständig - wird außen dadurch komplett heiß, Umluft funktioniert nicht Wie bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen geschrieben, gibt es keine Möglichkeit für 6 Personen ein Dusch- und Händehandtuch aufzuhängen. Ein Türhaken und Ständer im Bad sind nicht ausreichend. Es fehlen Mülleimer an den WCs. Man konnte in der Wohnung nicht feucht aufwischen, es gab weder Lappen noch Eimer. Auch ein großer Spiegel war nicht vorhanden. Dass die Fenster der Wohnung auf Straßenniveau liegen und ein Öffnen der Fenster bedeutet, dass man von außen direkt einsteigen kann, findet sich nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch der Grillplatz "zur Mitbenutzung" liegt hinterm Haus und war an sich nicht für die Feriengäste zugänglich, da er sich auf dem Privatgelände des Vermieters befindet und regelmäßig genutzt wird.

Optimale Lage

In nur 8 Minuten Fußweg gelangt man zu der Bahnstation. Das Freibad in Stumm ist sehr schön. Der Hofladen um die Ecke bietet viele regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Prachtige ligging

Mooi ruim huisje met een prachtige centrale ligging in het Zillertal. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien! Bedden lagen lekker en douche is prima. Wifi goed bereik. Enig minpuntje is dat het huisje wel iets schoner mocht zijn. Wel zijn we ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen. Dank voor het fijne verblijf!

Ausgewogen zwischen Preis/Leistung

Die Unterkunft ist im Allgemeinen in Ordnung. Nahegelegen am Bahnhof und vor der Tür die Bushaltestelle. Eine gute Pizzeria ist auch nur 100 m entfernt sowie ein kleiner Hofladen, welcher 24h geöffnet hat. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und ordentlich. Negativ: im Bad wären ein paar Haken für Handtücher vorteilhaft sowie 2-3 Steckdosen mehr. Die Gastgeber freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Urlaub im Zillertal

Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Am Standort der Kaffeemaschine fehlte die Steckdose. Im Bad/WC gab es keine Aufhängemöglichkeit für Hand-,Badetücher. Der Wasserdruck der Duschen war zu gering. Beim Duschen auch plötzlich heiß und wieder kalt. Mit Kindern problematisch. Es gab weder Staubsauger noch etwas zu wischen, um mal zwischendurch zu reinigen. Der Ort und die Lage sind empfehlenswert. Insgesamt aber zufrieden.

Wat kleine aanmerkingen. Afvalbakken op de badkamers zou prettig zijn. Waterdruk aan de lage kant bij beide douches. Wi-Fi kwaliteit laat te wensen over. Dekbedden geven voor sommige mensen misschien te weinig warmte.

fantastische vakantie gehad

Mooi schoon appartement alles was er, wat er nodig was. genoeg ruimte voor 6 personen en. Alleen een theepotje ontbrak. Maar ja dat hebben hebben opgelost. Wij komen er al 30 jaar in deze omgeving. Een perfect ski gelegenheid. Wij gaan volgend jaar weer naar hezelde appartement

Große Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Ein Badeeimer in den Bädern wäre ideal. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit zum Essen am Balkon. Laube im Garten kann genutzt werden. Gute Lage für alle möglichen Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Geschäfte mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Rustig gelegen en proper

De vakantiewoning is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en toch rustig gelegen. Alles was in orde en proper. De bedjes zijn misschien wat hard maar dat is persoonlijk. De 2 badkamers zijn sowieso een voordeel. In de keuken is alles wat er moet zijn, niet van het nieuwste maar perfect bruikbaar. WiFi is gratis en ok. Over het algemeen een aanrader.
