⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at RIU!
Everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was exceptional. The location was excellent—right in the middle of all the action, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby.
The staff provided great service and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. I also really appreciated that the ballet practice was included, which was a wonderful added touch.
Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this RIU to anyone looking for a great location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service!

I stayed at Virgin often and have always enjoyed my stay, but this time the front desk person who checked me and also happened to checked me out was not friendly at all. Dead annoyed/angry facial expression, no “hi or how can I help you”, she did not say one word to me at all when I asked her if both my rooms can be connecting rooms, she just rolled her eyes and started “typing”, I asked her questions and she only gave one word respond or it was cold and rude.
Other than my experience with her, the hotel overall I enjoyed staying at, clean and the maids are all friendly.
