Coastal Charm: Updated 2 Bedroom Retreat
- Rent this updated first floor 2-BR, 2-Bath condo with great golf course and lake views of the 10th hole on the Resort Golf Course. This floor plan provides separate sleeping suites, supplemented by a great Living and Dining area with direct access onto a large glass enclosed and screened patio to extend your living area.
The Beachwalk Village swimming pool is immediately adjacent to the 215 residential building, and the sandy beaches of the Atlantic oceanfront are just steps away across the street to the east accessible over the private resort community beach access.
The Marriott Ocean Club Guest Membership is available with this property for with an additional fee. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at 772-225-6819 for information regarding fees and guest membership access.
Beachwalk Condo Association requires tenant application to be filled out and approved before tenant arrival. Please allow at least 14 days between booking date and check in date. We will email you a copy of the application to complete once you have booked the property. Utility allowance of $100/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.
