Vacation home at the Bärenstein for 2-8 persons with 140 m² living space, sauna

  • Detached converted old farmhouse lovingly restored with a total floor space of more than 140 m². On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with sitting area, large bathroom with shower and toilet and a 55 m² large living room with kitchen, fireplace, large dining table, a bar and a comfortable sofa. The large bathroom is also a sauna. The sauna can be booked on site for € 8.00 per day.

    The house has central heating. The entire lower area is also equipped with underfloor heating. The central heating and underfloor heating are included. (Firewood at the purchase price.) In the attic there are two 2-bed room, a 4 bed room and a toilet. The holiday home has a terrace with barbecue area and 200 m² area. The house is suitable for larger families, families (which are very welcome!) With friends and holidays with your quadruped At the house passes the Malerweg. Owner lives not on the spot.

    Naundorf as part of the municipality Struppen is located in the Saxon Switzerland. In immediate vicinity is the Königstein Fortress, Stadt Wehlen, of Rathen and the beautiful Renaissance town of Pirna. A special attraction is the "Robert-Sterl-Haus". Here lived and worked the famous painter, today reminds a small exhibition at the. Directly in the village there are 2 restaurants.

    The house is centrally located in the village pond. The local area is very quiet.

Das Objekt besticht durch Lage und Umgebung, es befand sich jedoch bei Anreise in einem ungepflegten Zustand. Es mangelt leider deutlich an Sorgfalt und Sauberkeit.Der DVD-Player war defekt, Schlitten abgebrochen. Der Mangel wurde umgehend gemeldet, jedoch während des Aufenthalts nicht behoben (siehe Foto).Der Backofen war stark verschmutzt.Der Sessel wies deutliche Verschmutzungen auf (siehe Foto).Der Abfluss im Badezimmer war in einem unhygienischen Zustand und ohne Stöpsel (siehe Foto).In mehreren Zimmerecken befanden sich Spinnweben.Es fehlten grundlegende Küchenutensilien (z. B. Suppenkelle, Messbecher).Im Außenbereich lagen Gartenmöbel (u. a. ein Stuhl und eine Schirmbefestigung) unordentlich herum (siehe Foto).Im Kühlschrank war ein Gemüsefach beschädigt, ein weiteres fehlte vollständig.Die Fußbodenheizung war unzureichend temperiert; nach drei Tagen wurde auf unsere Nachfrage ein mobiles Heizgerät zur Verfügung gestellt.Nachts kam es zu erheblichen Geräuschbelästigungen durch Tiere (vermutlich Marder oder Waschbären) im Dachstuhl.

Ein schönes großes Haus mit viel Natur

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Wir waren vier Personen und zwei Hunde. Im Haus ist genügend Platz für viele Gäste. Die Kücheneinheit geht in die Wohneinheit über und ermöglicht so das Beisammensein einer Gruppe. Fernsehen, Musik, WLan, alles funktioniert sehr gut.

Schönes altes Bauernhaus in idyllischem Dorf

Das alte Bauernhaus ist schön hergerichtet, steht in idyllischer Umgebung in einem kleinen Dorf in den Hügeln der sächsischen Schweiz. Parken geht direkt im Hof, super! Man ist in 15 Minuten in Pirna, und in 10 Minuten an der Festung Königstein. Direkt nebenan hat der Nachbar seinen Hühnerstall. Mag nicht jeder, wir fanden es sehr nett. Ich emfpande die Treppe ins Obergeschoß als sehr steil (bin allerdings schon fast 60). Einziger Wermutstropfen: es war nicht besondes gut geputzt.

Urlaub auf dem Land

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man konnte direkt vom Ferienhaus aus los wandern. Es war toll, dass Dresden so gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar war.

Tolles Ferienhaus für eine Familie

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich groß und gut ausgestattet. Es eignet sich hervorragend für eine große Familie. Im Garten konnten die Kinder rumtollen. Die Sächsische Schweiz sowie Dresden lassen sich super von hier aus erkunden. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wanderwoche mit schönem Ausgangspunkt

Wir (6 Erwachsene) haben uns gerade im großen Hausmittelpunkt und auf der Terrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das große Bad mit dem großzügigen Duschbereich war Klasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Bauernhaus in Struppen

Das an sich schön renovierte und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Bauernhaus wies leider einen deutlichen Pflegerückstand auf. Die Vormieter haben den Kaminofen anscheinend falsch befeuert, das gesamte Erdgeschoss roch 2 Tage lang stark nach Rauch - leider ein No Go für Asthmatiker, zumal ausgiebiges Lüften bei 38 Grad draussen es nicht besser gemacht hat. Für eine Woche gebucht, am 3. Tag abgereist. Die Matrazen sind stark verschmutzt. Küchenutensilien z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Sitzkissen etc... könnten auch mal erneuert oder intensiv gereinigt werden. Schade!

Haus am Bärenstein

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, genügend Platz in 3 Schlafzimmern und ein großer Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss. Die Austattung ist sehr umfangreich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist telefonisch zu jedem Zeitpunkt möglich uns sehr nett. Der Urlaub war sehr schön.

Tolles Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Volle ausgestattetes Ferienhaus inkl Sauna zu einem günstigen Preis. Wir haben es genossen nach dem Wandertag einfach den Kamin anzumachen und saunieren zu gehen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Küche, Herd, tv und kostenfreies Internet. Sehr zu empfehlen !

toller Kurzurlaub am Bärenstein :)

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und ein tolles Begrüßungkomitee vor Ort. Naundorf liegt vorteilhaft gelegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der sächsischen Schweiz, ansonsten ist es allerdings sehr ruhig vor Ort und man kann besser die umliegenden Ortschaften nutzen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt mit unserem Vierbeiner.!

Herbstlicher Wanderurlaub

Sehr schönes ,liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. Schön auch das 2.WC im OG,so muss man die recht steile Treppe nachts nicht benutzen.Für die Kinder ein Highlight:2Duschen nebeneinander,kein Gedrängel mehr. Das Haus hat trotz der ländlichen Lage eine tolle Anbindung an Bahn,Fähre,etc.Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern,was wir bei dem traumhaften Herbstwetter auch getan haben.Pirna und auch Dresden sind relativ schnell zu erreichen.

Traumferienhaus am Bärenstein

Wir waren nun schon mehrfach in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast. Die gute Lage, die gemütliche Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit und vorallem die Gastfreundlichkeit der Familie Schumann / Kießling haben uns immer wieder in dieses Haus gezogen. Wir sind Wanderer und können direkt (ohne mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen) unsere Wanderungen starten. Daumen hoch - klare Empfehlung!!!!!

Eine gelungene Woche

Wir waren mit 7 Personen (3 Generationen) und einem Hund zu Gast. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Als Startpunkt für unsere Ausflüge (Wandern, Besuch in Prag, Dresden, Bad Schandau, Pirna usw.) war Struppen optimal. Die Sächsische Schweiz ist unbedingt einen (mehrere) Besuch(e) wert und kann nur weiter empfohlen werden. Wetter war auch passend. Mehr geht nicht. Dank unserem Gastgeber. Grüße aus Willich vom schönen Niederrhein (landschaftlich ganz anderes - aber auch schön).
